Everyday Future LLC, (“Everyday Future, LLC”, “Everyday Future”, “we”, “us”) is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you share with us. Everyday Future has established this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we may collect from you on the publicly available portion of www.myeverydayfuture.com (the “Site”) and through various other interactions with you, and how we may use and share that information. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and/or providing us Personal Information, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. Everyday Future is committed to respecting and maintaining the privacy of all users who visit our site. This notice may periodically refer to some aspects of our data processing activities that only apply to certain categories of Users. Our Users can be broken down in the following groups:
- Contractors are third-party entities who work with EveryDay Future for completing specific components of work for the overall project
- Recipients who are the individuals receiving assessment, coaching, training, and/or related services.
- Business Clients are entities that have retained Everyday Future to provide an assessment, training, or other services for a recipient and are typically employers of the recipient(s).
- Others are those who may visit our website or whose data we have gathered or processed in some way without having formed one of the above relationships with them. Others typically consist of those who visit our websites or social media pages and may subscribe for mailers or other services without receiving our services.
Information You May be Requested to Provide
Registration Information. If you sign up for an event, become a recipient because of your employer, register to use our Services, or sign up for emails or other updates, we may ask you for basic contact information, including some professional information, such as name, email, phone number, mailing address, title, or employer.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may collect additional information from you. For example, when you reach out to our customer support team, we may ask for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other contact information so that we can verify your identity and communicate with you. We may also store the contents of any message or attachments that you send to us, as well as any information you submit through any of our forms or questionnaires. From time to time you may receive marketing or other informational email messages from us. You can unsubscribe from our promotional and informational emails via the link provided in the emails. Users may continue to receive administrative messages from us necessary to service User accounts after opting out of receiving promotional messages from us.
Events. If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, company, phone number, and email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.
User Content. We allow Users of our Services to view some content generated by others. This may include evaluations, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. We may collect certain demographic information from Users directly or from other Users of our Services, including age, gender, race or ethnicity, income, or other demographic information in addition to evaluation information submitted by Business Clients or Recipients via electronic survey or feedback form responses. Such User Content is shared with the Recipients and Business Client it regards, in accordance with the terms of that User’s agreement with Everyday Future.
Payment Information. If you make a payment for Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card, bank account, or other financial information, may be collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services.
If you browse or download information from our Site, Everyday Future collects the information below as the standard data collected by all web server software. That collected information is:
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address of a user connection (but not an email address). The IP address is a numerical identifier assigned either to an internet service provider or directly to a user’s computer. The IP address is used to respond to a browser request. An IP Address is a numerical label, in the format xxx.xxx.xx.xx, used for network interface or location addressing.
- The domain name assigned to an IP address (if there is one). Example: somename.com
- The type of browser and operating system used. Example: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows NT; IE4WDUS-1998101501)
- The date and time a user visited a Site
- The web pages or services a user accessed at Site
Usage Information
To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we may collect data about your interactions with our Services. This includes information such as crash reports, session lengths and times, the pages or other content you view, and any searches you conduct.

How We Share the Information We Collect
We may share any information we collect with service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services. Service Providers, also called “Processors” are essential to our ability to do things like send communications via email, support the app, store data in the cloud, and other data processing activities. Our Contractors, We may share your information with our contractors, as needed to provide our Services.
- Other Users Content you create, including comments and survey results, may be displayed to other Recipients during training sessions. All comments and survey results will also be shared with the Business Client who solicited our Services on behalf of the Recipient and entered into an engagement with us. As part of this process, information is also passed via our processors, such as our email service provider and cloud hosting platform for the app through which the electronic surveys and reports are completed and shared.
- Our Partners We use analytics services to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. We also work with third-party advertising partners. These partners include:

Events
We may share your information with event partners, vendors, or co-sponsors to facilitate the events for which you register. Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. Upon written request, we take measures to delete or anonymize your Personal Data unless we are required by law to keep the identifiable data for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products or services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, mandatory retention periods, and applicable statutes of limitations.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
The Sites and services are not designed for, or targeted to reach, children under the age of 13. Social Media Terms
Everyday Future operates accounts on popular internet platforms intended for the sharing or creation of information or expression of opinions, for example: Facebook, Linkedin, or YouTube (“Social Media”). Agencies that operate Social Media accounts do so for various purposes, including but not limited to providing timely information about events or for sustaining public relations.
These Social Media Terms apply as the minimum standards for Your engagement with our Social Media account and are in addition to the policies or use terms that You agreed to with each Social Media platform.
User Content
Depending on the Social Media platform, Everyday Future may, at its sole discretion, permit submission of comments, opinions, files, images, materials, pictures, or other content (“User Content”) by You to our Social Media account page for display or other purposes. Submission of User Content to our Social Media account page is subject to the following:
- You represent and warrant: (1) You have the rights necessary in the User Content to allow the agency to display, post, or otherwise use the User Content, and (2) The User Content is not subject to any obligation of confidentiality,
- You grant non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide rights for the display or any other uses of the User Content to Everyday Future and its agencies, including for purposes, uses, or displays different from the context or intent of the initial submission on a Social Media platform.
- You acknowledge and agree that Everyday Future is not required to moderate User Content whether submitted by you or other users, and that Everyday Future does not assume any liability for the User Content under any legal theory of any jurisdiction. You further acknowledge and agree that within the functional capabilities of the Social Media platform, Everyday Future has the sole discretion to (1) delete User Content with language we deem offensive, abusive, derogatory, or threatening harm to other person(s) or property, (2) block users who are or have submitted such User Content, and (3) to conduct such removal without prior notice.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
If you believe there is content appearing on this Site that infringes your copyright, you may send a copy of your claim to info@myeverydayfuture.com To be effective notice, however, your claim must be in writing and contain the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, and that is sought to be removed or have access disabled. This identification must be specific enough to permit location of the material;
